All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the moment you receive your order confirmation email.

 

How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?

For orders within Europe, shipping typically takes up to 7 business days, as we ship from Italy. Outside of Europe, please expect delivery within 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination. Thank you for your patience!

 

How to Track My Orders?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your package.

 

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. For instance, we cooperate with Poste in Italy.

 

I Made a Mistake on My Shipping Information; Can I Change This?

Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, we cannot change the shipping information on the order. You can edit or cancel your order immediately after you place it via the order status page or the link in your order confirmation email.

 

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Anime Artland is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer. Orders containing multiple items might be shipped separately. During the holiday season, from November 25th to December 24th, there may be 2-4 day delays in order processing. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
