Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return, no matter the reason you may return your order back to us with a guaranteed full refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return?
To start a return, you can contact us at animeartland@gmail.com. Next, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Never Received My Order?
If you have not received your order within 20 days of placing your order, please immediately email animeartland@gmail.com. We may provide a refund once you provide a valid, verifiable order confirmation from our store.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so from the order status page, your account page (if you have created one), or by sending an email to animeartland@gmail.com with the order number and cancellation request immediately. The fastest way to cancel your order is by the order status page which can be accessed immediately after your order and through the order confirmation email. Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible as some orders may ship the same day. We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped and are on route to the customer.
Can I Edit or Add Items to My Current Order?
If an item change is needed, please email animeartland@gmail.com with the order number and request an order change or cancellation. The order can be changed or canceled allowing customers to reorder the preferred item and/or add additional items. Please note, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have already been shipped.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not in 48 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at animeartland@gmail.com.
